The AAGP is serving the native English-speaking community of Provence and chartered to promote friendly relations with our host community, provide assistance and information for expatriates and to preserve and promote our anglophone heritage.

We offer a wide variety of activities appealing to people of all ages and interests, thanks to member input and involvement.

 

Activities include the following:

  • annual events such as holiday celebrations, family picnics, Burns’ Night, Thanksgiving and children’s parties.
    weekly children’s playgroups.
  • monthly luncheons and dinners.
  • guided excursions to places of interest in our area.
  • cultural outings to the theatre, art exhibits and music festivals.
  • regular clubs include hiking, bridge, book discussion, computers, golf, pétanque, French conversation, gourmet lunches, wine tasting, etc.
  • coffee mornings for French/ English conversation open to all, twice a week.
  • a well stocked English lending library with books, videos and DVD’s, open to all.
