Petits fours au chocolat (Languedoc Sun N°27)

languedoc_sun_recipe_36For 40 "petits fours" :

Melt 80g chocolate with a little water.
Add 40g butter and 2 eggs yolks.
Add 80 gr caster sugar & 1 tbs flour.
Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and fold them in.
Put 1 tsp of mixture in each paper mould (size 35mm).
Cook for 10 mn in a hot oven (200°C).
