Olive loaf (Languedoc Sun N°2) PDF Print E-mail

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs Image

200gr self-raising flour

1/4 pint of vegetable oil

1/4 pint of water

1/8 pint of white wine

125gr grated gruyère cheese

1 packet of pitted green olives

RECIPE

 

• Mix the eggs, flour, oil, water and wine together with a blender

• Gently add the olives and cheese

• Place in the oven in a non-stick cake tin

• Cook at 180° or gas mark 5/6 for 45 mn
