Gateau au yaourt (Languedoc Sun N°1) |

Recipe kindly contributed by Languedoc Sun team INGREDIENTS(Use the empty yogurt box for mesuring) 1 yogurt 2 Pots of sugar 3 Pots of flour 1 packet of yeast (levure) 3/4 Pot of oil 1/4 Pot of water
RECIPE Mix it all together well in a food processor. Place in the oven in a non-stick cake tin. Cook at 180°/gas mark 4 for 55mn. To see if it’s cooked pierce it with a knife, if it comes out dry it’s ready. You can add apples or chocolate chips.
