Chocolate mousse (Languedoc Sun N°2) |

Recipe kindly contributed by Languedoc Sun team preparation time: 10 mn INGREDIENTS 200gr dark cooking chocolate  6 eggs pinch of salt
RECIPE • Melt the chocolate in a microwave with a dash of water • Separate the egg whites, add the salt and beat into soft peaks • Slowly pour the chocolate over the egg yolks while mixing well • Add the egg white a little at a time; evening out through the chocolate while making sure not to lose the peaks • Leave to set in the fridge for at least 3 hrs. Serve chilled.
